CATS now includes the option to email your documents using any Mozilla-based emailing program (including Thunderbird). CATS has worked smoothly with Microsoft Outlook for years. Now, if your office uses Mozilla for email & browsing, you can print and CATS will create a new message right in your normal email writing program.

Keep track of the changes made to your printed contracts. CATS stores and maintains individual copies of your printed contracts. Quickly label your revisions to make them easy to find. Print your revision labels right on the contract to make printouts easy to identify.

09/12/2005 -- Redesigned Invoice and Contract Lookup

CATS creates a list of invoices matching your criteria as you enter the invoice number. Turn smart lookup on or off to match with leading zeroes. The "Continue" button switches to a "Lookup" button if the invoice number is not found, providing immediate feedback.

08/14/2005 -- Contract Status Flags Added to CATS

In the Contract Status area, add flags to contracts to indicate that a contract should be considered "Organic" or "Fair Trade", or create your own flags in the Contract Setup area.

06/15/2005 -- Choosers are Introduced into CATS

Choosers are a new breed of lists that allow users to drag, add, and remove columns. Any column can be used to sort the list, and you can sort by several columns at once (such as by Invoice Type and then by Invoice Number). Each user's preferences are saved individually until changed by that user.

05/24/2005 -- Traffic Order Area Reconfigured

With new options for reviewing, adding, and copying traffic orders. Creating and finding forms from both the main menu and any traffic screen is easier than ever.

04/26/2005 -- Zero Default Currency Amount on Invoices

The Accounting Recalculation has a new feature, designed to clean up currency transactions. It provides a report of invoices that have no currency balance but a balance in the default currency, and makes the necessary entries to fix these balances.

04/17/2005 -- Batch Invoice Elements Merged

Users select criteria for inclusion in a list that CATS displays, showing which invoices will be changed before choosing to print, post, or delete them. You can also include or exclude individual invoices from this list.

The Accounting Setup area has easier-to-read choices, as well as new buttons that allow you to move each period ahead or back a month for quick and effortless setup.
